Description

This Harley-Davidson heat shield is made of beautiful buffed bridle leather. It has a ply of split leather (Suede) on the bottom, so nothing can scratch your motorcycle. Both layers are glued together with industrial cement and stitched around the edges. Finally we put another layer of this beautiful Paisley pattern on top.  You can add studs, crystals or a tooled border.

In order to install the heat shield you remove your seat, put the seat tang through the cutout and tighten your seat back down. Pretty simple.

    I have been looking all over for some heat shields for my VTX for some time now. As most know, it isnt easy finding parts for these bikes. I called Captain Itch to just make sure that I could use these on my bike, as they dont give an option for anything Honda VTX related. They went above and beyond to make sure that these would fit my bike, even though they lost their pattern to my bike in a recent fire. The quality is above expectation. The detail was wonderful.
